Whilst internal alterations do not generally require planning approval, they will still need to comply with building regulations. Examples of work covered by the building regulations includes removal of a load bearing wall/chimney breast, or relocation of a bathroom/utility.

Our plans and specifications provide the builder with the information they need to quote for and ultimately carry out the works and for building control to issue a completion certificate, indicating compliance with the regulations.
