The Party Wall Act

Garage Conversions

Converting an existing garage can be a particularly cost effective way to add space and value to your home. Many garage conversions comply with permitted development, meaning planning approval is not required. Building regulation approval will still be necessary and our specifications provide the builder with the information they need to quote for and ultimately carry out the works and for building control to issue a completion certificate, indicating compliance with the regulations.

Homebuyers Feasibility Reports

For anyone thinking of making an offer on a property with a view to carrying out an extension, loft conversion or major structural alterations, we can advise on the likelihood of any consents and approvals required. Quite often we can do this after viewing the property details online. In some cases visiting the property and meeting the prospective buyer is more appropriate.

Our feasibility report enables a prospective buyer to make a more informed decision about whether to make an offer on a property and at what price.
